2 reminders from the Nurse include:
1. Immunization requirements remain for both virtual and in person classes. Please send all completed immunizations to the MMS Clinic ASAP! You can find the Texas State requirements at https://dshs.texas.gov/immunize/school/school-requirements.aspx
2. When in person classes resume, All medication will be dispensed in the clinic. Annually forms and medication must be renewed. Forms can be found at https://www.springbranchisd.com/about/departments/academic-performance/student-support-services/nurses/forms.
